Security:

TISC employs a range of security measures to assist in protecting your personal account information. These measures extend from data encryption to firewalls. The firewall, together with SSL encryption technology, helps us to keep your password and username information from being read by an unauthorised person. To protect your confidential data we have invested in an SSL certificate from Digicert. This Digicert certificate confirms this web site has been authenticated and verified and it enables sensitive data to be safely encrypted. You can learn more about the Internet security of your data by clicking here.

Your Password:

To access EServices, you need your Username and Password. Your password protects the security of your information. Your Username and password will be supplied to you by TISC and should be used only be you to access the EServices. You can apply for access by contacting TISC.

Your Computer:

Within the EServices system, a default of 30 minutes has been set as the amount of time your session can remain unattended. After this time, the system automatically "logs off" and ends your session. You will then need to "Log in" to the system to continue using EServices.

Remember, if you are not using your computer for a period of time, make sure you "log out" completely from the EServices system so that sensitive information cannot be viewed by others.
